General: Range: 1T to 50T Capacity, up to 60m height of lift. Our hoists are suitable for medium and heavy duty operations. Our Hoists are modern in design incorporating many special features as per IS:3938.
Construction: Fabricated construction from steel plates as per IS:2062 Gr.A/B and modular type. Each independent unit such as Gear Box, Hoist Motor Brake, Trolley Drive, Electrical Panel etc. is easily accessible for maintenance and repair.
Motors: Sq. cage induction S4-40% motors totally enclosed IP:55 with Class-F insulation suitable for frequent reversals and braking and generally confirming to IS:325/ IEC 60034-1.
Brake: “Fail Safe” Electromagnetic Disc or Shoe brake / EHT. The Brake acts automatically on interruption of Power Supply, whether accidental or Intentional.
Gear: We generally used branded gear boxes (with hardened and ground gear/pinion) for hoisting and travel operation. The gears run in totally enclosed oil packed gear box giving positive lubrication to all gear parts and bearings.
Rope Drum: Seamless pipe/ fabricated and is grooved to take the full lift. Large drum diameter to rope ratios reduces wear and rope fatigue.
Wheel: EN9 BS:970 hardened and tempered.
Limit Switches: Gravity + Rotary type limit switches are provided to avoid over hoisting and over lowering & Two way lever type for travel.
Power Supply: 415 Volts. 3 Phase 50 Hz. AC Supply.
Control: 24V/110V as per request.
